Some uke and some teachers i've meet/ seen, are against learning aikido. They express their goals (i.e. being a soft martial art teacher; by the way a romanian MA federation had later labeled aikido as full-contact MA). Some tell me to change my fighting automatisms, for different reasons, all under my "own" "best" interest.

The origin of the handshake lies in medieval history. 4. Why do we blush ?
When you're embarrassed or ashamed, your body releases a tiny amount of adrenaline. Adrenaline causes blood vessels in your face to dilate, allowing more blood to flow to your cheeks. This causes reddening, or blushing. Sociologically, blushing may be useful as a means of communication, as it can act as a wordless signal. For example, if we blush when we're attracted to someone, we are allowing what's on our minds to be known without having to say a thing.

6. Why are wedding rings worn on the fourth finger ?
There was an ancient belief that a vein, known as the "vena amoris," or "vein of love," ran directly from the fourth finger of the left hand to the heart. It was thought that this direct blood flow to the heart made it the perfect candidate for a wedding ring, as it solidified the union of love. ● Înfiinţarea a opt centre pentru tineret în cele opt regiuni de dezvoltare, cu responsabilităţi directe în atragerea fondurilor comunitare pe domeniul tineret.
● Susţinerea tinerilor din mediul rural şi din familiile cu posibilităţi reduse în vederea asigurării egalităţii de şanse.
● Stabilirea de parteneriate strategice împreună cu Agenţia Naţională pentru Ocuparea Forţei de Muncă şi cu unităţile de învăţământ mediu şi superior.
● Realizarea unui parteneriat cu Ministerul Muncii, Familiei şi Protecţiei Sociale în vederea transformării centrelor regionale de formare profesională a adulţilor (CRFPA) în centre judeţene cu acelaşi specific (CJFPA), cu o mai mare orientare către formarea persoanelor tinere.
● Crearea bazei de date la nivel naţional cu locurile de muncă disponibile din România.
● Reabilitarea taberelor şcolare şi adaptarea lor la standardele UE, în fiecare judeţ, prin parteneriate public-private.
● Elaborarea strategiei naţionale şi a unei noi legi în domeniul sportului, armonizată cu prevederile UE în materie.

● Inventarierea şi clarificarea problemelor de proprietate în legătură cu infrastructura sportivă existentă, intabularea proprietăţilor de tip public naţional şi public local.
● Clarificarea drepturilor de proprietate, de marcă a cluburilor sportive şi dezvoltarea componentei de marketing a activităţii asociaţiilor şi a cluburilor sportive.
● Organizarea de întreceri sportive, susţinute şi cofinanţate de Guvernul României.
● Reorganizarea şi adaptarea sistemului sportiv pentru persoanele cu handicap, pentru atragerea respectivei categorii de persoane către această disciplină.
● Depăşirea dificultăţilor în luarea şi asumarea unor decizii cu privire la eficienţa economică a activităţilor sportive prin schimburi de experienţă între instituţiile abilitate din ţara noastră şi din celelalte state cu o puternică tradiţie în domeniul managementului sportiv.
● Introducerea unui număr de minimum trei ore de sport pe săptămână în programa şcolară şi garantarea accesului tuturor copiilor apţi pentru acest gen de activitate la orele de educaţie fizică, în conformitate cu normele UE.
● Asigurarea unei traiectorii de tip "dublă carieră" sportivilor de performanţă, prin asigurarea educaţiei şi calificării într-o altă profesie, suplimentar carierei sportive, pentru a sprijini reintegrarea lor în societate.
● Construirea de stadioane şi de baze sportive pentru disciplinele olimpice, conform cerinţelor Comitetului Olimpic Internaţional.
● Dezvoltarea sportului prin coordonarea activităţilor de management sportiv, marketing sportiv şi cercetare.
● Înfiinţarea unor centre moderne de recuperare sportivă.

Obiective de guvernare
1. Construcţia unui sistem de securitate socială activă pentru tineri.
2. Sprijinirea angajării tinerilor în conformitate cu specializările obţinute pentru a stopa exodul forţei de muncă tinere şi specializate din ţară şi pentru ocuparea într-un grad cât mai ridicat a forţei de muncă tinere.
3. Dezvoltarea sportului de masă şi a infrastructurii sportive.
4. Valorificarea economică a activităţilor sportive şi creşterea rolului managementului sportiv. România poate beneficia nu numai din punct de vedere al imaginii pe plan mondial, ci şi în plan financiar.
5. Creşterea rolului educaţiei fizice şi a sportului în şcoli.
6. Dezvoltarea resurselor umane din domeniul sportului şi sprijinirea sportului de performanţă.

In anexa la pct 4 se vorbeste de declaratie "de notorietate cu privire la abilitatea de a desfasura pentru care solicita autorizarea , eliberata de primarul localitatii respectivein mod gratuit in cazul meseriilor traditionale artizanale.."
Meseriile traditionale se transmit prin ucenicie. Daca ati fost ucenic al unui mester traditional ( ar fi bine sa fie cunoscut si de primar) sunt de parere ca o recomandare scrisa din partea acestuia va convinge primarul sa va dea "hartia" de care aveti nevoie.

Formarea profesionala
Art. 83. - (1) Partile inteleg:
a) prin termenul de formare profesionala - orice procedura prin care o persoana dobandeste o calificare atestata printr-un certificat sau o diploma, eliberate conform legii;
a) prin termenul de formare profesionala - orice procedura prin care o persoana dobandeste o calificare atestata printr-un certificat sau o diploma, eliberate conform legii;
b) prin termenul de formare profesionala continua - procedura prin care o persoana, avand deja o calificare ori o profesie, dobandeste noi competente cognitive si functionale (deprinderi);
c) prin comitete sectoriale de formare profesionala - structuri de dialog social autonom, care dezvolta, actualizeaza si valideaza calificarile din ramura respectiva de activitate.
(2) Formarea profesionala si formarea profesionala continua cuprind si teme din domeniul relatiilor de munca, convenite intre sindicate si angajatori.
(3) Partile semnatare convin sa participe la elaborarea si utilizarea, pentru ramura lor de activitate, a sistemului de formare si evaluare bazat pe competente, sa completeze si sa elaboreze standardele ocupationale.
(4) Partile convin asupra necesitatii si obligativitatii perfectionarii profesionale a tuturor categoriilor de salariati, inclusiv a liderilor sindicali scosi din productie, la expirarea mandatului.
(5) Partile semnatare convin sa acorde intregul sprijin solicitat de catre CNFPA - ca autoritate nationala a calificarilor - pentru elaborarea sistemului de standarde ocupationale, bazat pe competente, si a calificarilor care vor fi validate si introduse in Registrul national al calificarilor. Sistemul va fi utilizat la evaluarea si certificarea calificarii salariatilor.
(6) Formarea profesionala a lucratorilor se organizeaza pentru ocupatii, meserii, specialitati si profesii - numite la modul general ocupatii - cuprinse in "Clasificarea Ocupatiilor din Romania" - COR, pe baza "standardelor ocupationale" si a clasificarilor elaborate de comitetele sectoriale.

ATENTIE ! Pentru ca certificarea calificarii sa fie valabila pe teritoriul national este obligatorie obtinerea certificatului de calificare de la Ministerul Invatamantului si Ministerul Muncii. Diploma Christine Valmy este echivalabila numai in strainatate in limitele indeplinirii conditiilor impuse de statul de imigrare.

While not solely possessed by artists, it is highly prevalent among artists of all media, including painters, sculptors, musicians, writers, etc. This behavior is often characterized by being highly passionate about subjects of importance to the possessor of this behavior, extremely dedicated to certain goals, often hyper-aware of the presence of others, and at other times seemingly oblivious to the presence of others. It is also accompanied by the full range of all the emotions, often elevated to extremes. There is a theory[citation needed] that this due to the high instance of bipolar disorder in the artistic community, however this is a subject of debate. In addition, there is controversy as to the artistic temperament being so prevalent due to prototypical behaviors being elicited in response to what is perceived to be a part of an artistic identity or culture ...
Modern psychology deals only with the inner world, that is, the world of consciousness and its conditions. The nature of the mind and its relations to the organism are questions that belong to philosophy or metaphysics. As a consequence, also, modern psychology fails to distinguish between the spiritual faculties of the soul, i.e. those which the soul exercises itself without the intrinsic co-operation of the organism, and the faculties of the compositum, i.e. the soul and organism united in one complete principle of action, or of one special animated organ.
Standing apart from Materialistic and trend-driven notions, Faculty Psychology posits human behavior being related to the mental or spiritual faculties: Reason, Will, the moral sense, gumption, love, and, imagination and creativity.
Studies show only as much as 75% of human behavior is caused by stimulus-response mechanisms. The other 25% (or more) can be thought of as coming from the "ghost in the machine," the spirit or soul. Creativity, then, can be seen as an expression of the soul and individual motivation.

In his lectures on education, Rudolf Steiner brought a new approach to the four classical temperaments: melancholic, phlegmatic, sanguine and choleric. He emphasized their importance in elementary education, as this is a time when the child is strongly affected by his or her nature in this respect. A person's temperament may change, especially in the pre-puberty years, and in any case diminishes in importance as the personality becomes more developed after puberty.
In any case, the temperament is not exclusive; most people combine aspects of all of them. One or two may dominate, however, or be prominent by their absence. In addition, for each temperament Steiner pointed out that there are less and more mature forms: the sullen, self-absorbed melancholic can mature to the sympathetic helper and/or the deep thinker. A person may transform his or her own temperament, as well, either by becoming more mature in what is naturally given or by metamorphosing into a different temperament.
